Inspiration: HOOD PERSPECTIVE
The inspiration behind HOOD PERSPECTIVE came after spending time living in the suburbs following my upbringing in Harlem.
It made me realize how differently people can view and move through the world depending on the environment that shaped them. Growing up in an urban community taught me to move with purpose, stay aware of my surroundings, and recognize potential danger before it became obvious. After living in the suburbs, I noticed that many people there moved differently. Their pace, awareness, and sense of caution often reflected a very different life experience. We could witness the same situation and interpret it in almost completely different ways.
That’s what HOOD PERSPECTIVE represents.

Place each of the mounting hooks 1 inch (2.5 cm) from frame corners when hanging horizontally.
