Some attractions don’t fade with time.
There’s a combination here I’ve always loved: muscular without losing elegance, aggressive without sacrificing beauty. Almost voluptuous in its proportions — attitude on the outside with something unexpectedly sweet underneath.
DESIGN STUDY 007 respects that balance. Bright Red High Gloss emphasizes the original lines, while the air-suspension stance and BBS RS wheels, featuring Midnight Black high-gloss mesh centers surrounded by chrome lips and accents, give the coupe a stronger street presence without trying to overpower an already iconic design.
Inside, the palette pulls away from the Bright Red exterior into shades of gray. Slate Rock Satin Gray suede blends with Charcoal Gray suede across the seats, door panels and trunk, surrounded by a Charcoal Gray suede headliner and matching suede-wrapped steering wheel. A patterned combination of Red, Black and White stitching quietly brings the exterior color back into the cabin.
The concept is completed with a CRISPY sound system featuring seven speakers, six tweeters, a bass-tube subwoofer, a single amplifier color-coded in Bright Red High Gloss, and a digital equalizer.
Decades later, well-preserved examples have become increasingly desirable and difficult to acquire, reinforcing something enthusiasts already understood:
