catchingFeelings came from exactly what the title says—I was catching feelings for HER.
For me, a physical relationship has never been enough to create a deep emotional connection with a woman. It has always been the combination of mind, body and spirit. How we communicate, how I experience her presence, how I’m attracted to her, and what I feel beyond what can be seen. The physical intimacy can bring all of those things together, but it can’t create them by itself.
This piece represents that point when attraction was becoming attachment. I wasn’t simply enjoying being with her anymore. I was becoming emotionally invested in who she was.
