Some cars demand attention.
Others just play it cool.
That’s how I remember the Alfa.
When these started appearing on the streets, they brought something different. They didn’t have the imposing presence I associated with some of the other European luxury and performance cars of the time. The Alfa had its own energy — distinctive, stylish and effortlessly cool.
What always stood out to me was how well that character survived customization. Different wheels, updated stance, subtle upgrades — somehow the personality remained.
That’s the philosophy behind DESIGN STUDY 008.
Bakery Box White Gloss keeps the exterior clean and uncomplicated, while the air-suspension stance and one-off JECKONEDESIGN JD1R4 two-piece wheels, finished in Bakery Box White Matte, strengthen the proportions without overpowering the original shape.
Refine the proportions. Update the presentation. Give it a little more presence.
Adding to its cool.
With its unmistakably unconventional styling and V6 character, this Italian coupe became one of those designs that never needed to look like everything else to belong.
Inside, the color pulls back. Slate Rock Satin Gray suede seating is paired with Midnight Black suede through the door panels, surrounded by a matching Midnight Black suede headliner and a Charcoal Gray suede-wrapped steering wheel. Black and White stitching provides the finer contrast while keeping the cabin understated against the Bakery Box White exterior.
The concept is completed with a CRISPY sound system featuring nine speakers, six tweeters, a bass-tube subwoofer, a single amplifier color-coded in Bakery Box White Gloss, and a digital equalizer.
Sometimes individuality is the coolest thing about a vehicle.
